Delivery + Returns
Standard UK Delivery:
- UK orders £25 or over -- FREE
- UK orders under £25 -- £3.95
We use a Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service and aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Standard EU Delivery:
- EU Standard Delivery 3-6 working days -- £9.99
Standard International Delivery:
- Standard International Delivery 6-8 working days -- £15
Please note these are working days and do not include weekends or holidays. Our delivery times are estimated delivery times. Once the courier has collected your order, we have no influence over how long it will take to deliver it to you.
- All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
- Once orders are placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive another email confirming that your order is on its way.
We hope you’re happy with your order from Be:Loved Petz, but if for any reason you decide your purchase isn’t right for you, you can return unwanted items up to 30 working days after delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return delivery charges.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging intact)
- Be in a saleable condition.
If you’re a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to 14 days to cancel your whole order with us for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid at time of order). This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation.
How do I return an item?
Please carefully re-package your items, don’t forget to include your name, your order number and details of whether the products are to be exchanged or refunded.

Please note, you are responsible for the postage and packaging costs for your return, unless an item is faulty or was received in error. We strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting (these are free of charge) from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. We may not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.

How do I get a faulty item replaced?
If on the rare occasion you experience a fault with your item. Please email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you. We will request to see a photograph or video of the faulty or damaged item.
What do I do if there is an issue with my order?
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible via
email@example.com providing a photograph and description of your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
